In an effort to save you
money, we currently offer ground shipping on our items because it is
more economical than air. Since dance pads weigh more than smaller
electronics and air shipping on items like metal dance pads can become
cost prohibitive for most consumers, we offer only ground shipping.
Because we ship promptly most of our orders are normally delivered
within 15 to 20 business days. We normally ship orders within 3 business days
from our facility. Some items are shipped from our secondary warehouse
which can delay the delivery process by 5 business days typically.
We typically keep a very deep stock on all Dance Dance Revolution games
and dance pads, however, If there are problems fulfilling an order you
will be promptly notified. We email you a confirmation which can be
checked later for online order tracking once your order is placed and
processed.
We ship by both Fedex and UPS ground at our disgression.
You will be provided with a tracking number and the name of the courier
once your order is shipped.

Returns
|
|
For returns, simply email the address above and ask for an
RMA number and explain what is going on so that we can give you
instructions on how to make the return. As detailed below, we
carry a 30 day warranty on all products. Please read our warranty
below for further details. To ensure proper processing, please do
not return items until receiving instructions from our returns
department.

Shipping rates are calculated
in real time within the shopping cart when you place your order.
You will be given a chance to review the total before proceeding to
complete the checkout process prior to finalizing your order.
Rates depend on the items being ordered and where they are being shipped

Our
Guarantee |

We carry a 30
day
guarantee on all products. We go to
great lengths to ensure that we stock the highest quality dance pads
available but because of the nature of electronics a very small
percentage will be defective. Our guarantee covers this 100%
in the event that
you receive a defective
item, simply send us an email prior to
a return and you will be issued an RMA number and return instructions.
A replacement will be sent to you immediately upon your return.
Because we are not the manufacturer and have no control over the
manufacturing process, the customer is responsible for the shipping
costs of returning the item, however, we will pay for the shipping cost
of the replacement item(s). Buyer's remorse is not covered under
our guarantee so if you are not sure that you want an item, please do
not order it. If you have questions about an item, please feel
free to ask us, we will be happy to help you. Only exchanges for
defective products are covered. We value your business and want to
retain you as a customer so if you do make a purchase you can rest
assured that you will be treated as well after the sale as before the
sale. |
