Warranty

We go to
great lengths to ensure that we stock the highest quality dance pads
available. Our 30 DAY guarantee covers our products 100% in the event that
you receive a defective
item, simply send us an email within 30 days of receiving your item and you will be issued an RMA number and return instructions.
A replacement will be sent to you immediately upon your return.
Because we are not the manufacturer and have no control over the
manufacturing process, the customer is responsible for the shipping
costs of returning the item, however, we will pay for the shipping cost
of the replacement item(s). If you have questions about an item, please feel
free to ask us, we will be happy to help you. Please note, that all
sales are final and only exchanges for defective products are covered by this warranty. We value your business and want to retain you as a customer. Please be assured that you will be treated as well after the sale as before the
sale.
Returns
For returns, simply email us at ddrhelp@yahoo.com and ask for an
RMA number and give a breif description of what the problem is then you
can await instructions and your RMA number. As detailed below, we
carry a 30 Day warranty on all products. Please read our warranty
below for further details. To ensure proper processing, please do
not return items until receiving instructions from our returns
department.
